[00:39:56] Showcase results without guaranteeing it. Share it with integrity and honesty. Every outcome can be different for each client. If they succeed in their goals, give them credit.
[00:44:53] Share weakness. Talking about your struggles makes you more relatable, making people feel hopeful that they can succeed too.
[00:48:35] Present relevant education. You may have 100+ certificates, but your clients don’t need to know everything. Also, a certification isn’t necessary to get started with your launch if you’re clear with your offer and mission.
