[00:13:22] Know the three types of people you can hire. Your virtual assistants can be followers, doers, or experts. Each has its own capabilities and limitations you can utilize to scale your business. Be sure to train your talent to become future leaders so the business can run even without you!

[00:25:07] Content like podcasts are great for SEO and networking. Have your employees do the research and outreach for podcasters who align with what you do. Publish keyword-rich blogs and encourage customers to leave authentic reviews.
[00:29:18] Consistency is key. Rejection is part of the process. Don’t let it get you down – just keep on going! Provide a minimum viable product to your customers to see what works and what doesn’t, and tweak your offers along the way.
