Before creating any kind of content – whether it’s an email, ad, or video – ask yourself:
“What is my intention?”
Some may aim to make more money to purchase material things. Others enjoy the satisfaction of sharing their knowledge and solutions with people.
Whatever it may be, it affects the way people receive your message and changes the potential for them to transform because of what you put out.
Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Intention in Marketing with Richard Taubinger and Kylie Slavik.
Key points covered in this episode:
[00:03:54] Have magnetism in your marketing. Know how to connect your intentions to your marketing strategies and plans.
[00:06:12] Provide value. This can be done through free content like social media posts, emails, and videos. Richard Taubinger explains how it should never be about putting others down but giving benefit to those who need it. He also adds that intention is a continuum concept.
[00:10:03] Recalibrate your mindset towards marketing. Making a sale doesn’t have to be your top priority. To be solely motivated by money is a betrayal to your target consumers and viewers, Kylie Slavik says.
[00:13:29] Break free from the blurry zone. Focus on your intention so you can finally move to the next point and get the results you want.
[00:15:40] Kylie introduces the content-to-content to call-to-action strategy. Don’t wait for someone to open doors for you. Let go of the shame, and ask for that subscription or sale.
[00:17:51] The highest level of intention is to serve people. Being of service to others by inspiring them to feel more loved, overcome obstacles, and heal through trauma creates a stepping stone that helps them become elevated version of themselves.
[00:21:30] Your vision is bigger than your fear. Your goals are doable and attainable. Your community will come and support your product. And people will definitely enjoy and like what you’re doing. Let go of limiting beliefs.
[00:22:55] Changing the intention of your product shifts its consciousness. Once you get there, marketing flows and becomes easier.
[00:25:27] Marketing should be fun. The most important thing is widening your community and welcoming new people who are willing to engage with your message.
[00:28:27] Bigger impact, less work, more results. Just one short well-crafted video or post can go a long way. You’ll see your sales skyrocket, your audience grow bigger, and your purpose more known to the world.
