THE BUSINESS OF HEALING & NATUROPATHY

Separating our hearts from our businesses is not just irrational, it is also impossible. In order for our businesses to thrive and to expand, we must be willing to nurture it by pouring our heart, purpose and energy into it. And without that passion and love for what we are doing, sustaining it would not be possible. In business, we can so easily disregard our intuition and inner knowing to pursue a path that seems more rational. Or we can even allow our egos to get in the by pursuing an opportunity that we know isn’t right simply for selfish or idealistic reasons. But when we pursue service and doing what is best for the highest and greatest good, we always end up exactly where we need to be – especially in business.

“It’s not a question of how does your heart come into business, but how you can NOT have heart in business?” – Razi Berry

Naturopaths are in the business of a higher level of healing and understanding. And not just healing the physical but all aspects of the self that intertwine to form the self. Razi refers to love as our medicine because love is at the center of healing. This is the same energy that Lynne McTaggart calls the field and what Albert Einstein called consciousness. It’s what people call the universe and what Naturopathic Doctors call the Vital Force. Love is that unseen energy that drives all humans and life towards betterment, growth, and creation. So to have love as the driving force of your business isn’t just possible, it’s necessary in order to serve others in a way that is meaningful and filled with a higher purpose in mind.
